If you cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product in question within 5 working days.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for this refund.

Please note: for credit card payments, a refund often only appears on your credit card statement at the end of the month/billing cycle.
